Description

In 2019, Zerbosco decided to launch a line of vegan wines out of a need to produce a natural wine without the use of animal proteins. For this product potato and pea proteins are used in the fining process. Particular attention was paid to the packaging, which is also entirely made without the use of animal products. From the ink on the labels to the glass of the bottles, to the shellac that seals the bottle; a choice with a strong visual impact.
Symbol of good that prevails over evil and of life that is rebirth after a period of death. Legend has it that Apollo, son of Zeus, sent the first primrose to Earth to protect it from the frost. It grows spontaneously to announce the rebirth of Nature, the arrival of spring.
The aromatic Malvasia di Candia originating from the Mediterranean prefers warm climates and sun exposure, Rhine Riesling, a variety of continental origin is best expressed in cool areas. With this assembly we want to enhance the warm flavors, the full and aromatic taste typical of Malvasia and the freshness and minerality of Riesling. The gustatory balance of this wine makes it versatile both for various vegetables combinations.
