Description
Zerbosco decided to create a vegan line in 2019 with the idea of producing a wine without the usage of animal protein. During clarification, vegetable proteins coming from pea and potato are used. An important focus has been made on the packaging which is entirely created without the usage of animal protein as well. From the ink on the label, the glass of the bottle up to shellac that seals the top; a very impactful choice.
